Saltwater pool, outdoor bathroom and gourmet area for your group all day long, without sleeping over. You choose the day and number of people, and the price is calculated instantly.
- · Groups of up to 20 people.
- · Optional hot tub, added at booking if it's free.
- · Option to extend the hours depending on availability.
- · Only one day group per date.
- · Book at least 24 hours in advance.
The day pass is only sold on dates with no overnight guests: the rental area — pool, gourmet area and garden, within its own fenced grounds — is yours, shared with no one. If a date is taken by a stay, there's no pass that day: the calendar shows it when you pick the date.

Estate rules
So the day goes well and the estate stays as it is, these are the day-pass rules. You accept them when booking.
- There is no lifeguard: swimming is at each person's own risk and minors must always be with an adult.
- No confetti, glitter, streamers or foam sprays: they end up in the pool and across the fields, and there is no way to pick them up.
- No glass in the pool area. Glasses and bottles in plastic or cans.
- No barbecues, bonfires, outdoor candles or fireworks: we are on a hillside and fire risk is not negotiable.
- Music at a neighbourly volume and no sound systems of your own. From 20:00 it comes down: there are neighbours and animals.
- The day pass is for enjoying the estate, not for a party with a set-up. If you want to celebrate something, tell us beforehand and we'll organise it with you.
- Park inside the estate, in the marked area. The access track stays clear at all times.
- What you bring, you take away: rubbish in its bins and the shared areas as you found them.
- Damage is paid for by whoever causes it. We put it in writing so we never have to discuss it.
